SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, January 25. (EUROPA PRESS) –

A 27-year-old woman has been moderately affected when a fire broke out in the kitchen of her home in La Cuesta, in the municipality of La Laguna (Tenerife), as reported by the 112 Emergency and Security Coordinating Center. from the Canary Islands.

The events occurred at 11:31 p.m. this Wednesday in the kitchen of a home located on the first floor of a building on Narciso de Vera street, in La Cuesta, where members of the Tenerife Fire Consortium were transported. , who entered the building, which had been evacuated preventively, to extinguish the flames and ventilate the home.

For their part, the staff of the Canary Islands Emergency Service (SUC) assisted the woman, who had moderate poisoning due to smoke inhalation, except for complications, for which she was transferred by basic life support ambulance from the SUC to the University Hospital of Canary Islands.

Civil Protection personnel were also present at the scene, who collaborated with the intervening resources, as well as agents from the Local Police and the National Police, who prepared the corresponding reports.
