SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, Jan. 22 (EUROPA PRESS) –
The Cabildo of Tenerife ends today, Monday, the deadline to qualify for travel aid, subsidies intended to cover accommodation, subsistence and internal transportation costs to attend official national and international competitions.
These aid are aimed at individual athletes, clubs and federations within the period between May 1, 2023 and December 31, 2023. The budgetary credit allocated for this call amounts to 460,000 euros.
The Minister of Sports, Yolanda Moliné, has highlighted that a push has been given by the Sports Administrative Service to update this line of subsidy that was almost a year late, thanking at the same time the effort that the technicians are making.
“This allows our athletes, both individuals and clubs and federations, to have the aid to face as soon as possible the expenses involved in participating in official national and international competitions,” he said.
