The Government of the Canary Islands will open this Monday a period of prior public consultation for the Draft Decree that establishes measures to improve the quality of public Public Administration services.
Through the Citizen Participation web space (https://www.gobiernodecanarias.org/participacionciudadana/), anyone can make their contributions until next February 12, for the process of drafting the regulations.
The general director of Modernization and Quality of Public Services, Juana María Reyes, explained that the objective of the standard “is to develop and approve a new regulatory framework for Quality, in which a set of measures aimed at continuous improvement is established. of the quality of public services”.
In addition, he pointed out that this “must provide those responsible for its provision with aggregate information for decision-making in order to its organization and direction, and to promote transparency through information and public dissemination of the level of quality offered to citizens.”
This public consultation process, which will be open for 20 calendar days from its publication, can be carried out on an individual basis or as an organization, entity or association.
