The General Directorate of Emergencies of the Government of the Canary Islands has ended the wind alert on the islands of Tenerife and La Palma and the pre-alert situation in the rest of the autonomous community.
Both islands were on alert due to the prediction of gusts of wind from the southwest that could reach and exceed 90 km/h on the peaks and slopes of the north, east and northwest of La Palma, as well as the peaks and high areas and midlands of the north and southeast. from Tenerife, where 100 km/h could be reached and exceeded locally.
