The celebration of the festival of San Sebastián, co-patron of Adeje, will have as its big day this Saturday in the church under the same dedication, with the mass and, at its end, the procession and the blessing of animals.
In recent years, this festival has become one of the celebrations that attracts the most people from all over the south of Tenerife. This is demonstrated by the large influx of people who gather at the mythical site of La Enramada.
The Eucharist in honor of San Sebastián Mártir will be sung by the group El Mestuaro and can be followed by streaming through the City Council’s Facebook page and YouTube channel.
Next will be the procession accompanied by the Nuestra Señora de las Nieves Group. At its end, the traditional blessing of animals.
