The Department and the Employment Network of Puerto de la Cruz materialize the First Technical Forum on Employability



The Department of Employment of the City Council of Cross porttogether with the different agents that make up the municipal Employment Network, are finishing materializing the I Technical Forum on Employability of Puerto de la Cruz 2024, which will be held on February 8, at the facilities of the Center for Business Initiatives (CIE), located in the Municipal Market.

The event has been designed collectively and is mainly aimed at professionals in the sector with the aim of creating a space for debate and discussion about the current problems faced by experts in labor matters, in order to seek possible joint solutions and to that prominent companies in the sector are invited to participate.

The Department hopes that significant contributions can be made to the different topics raised and thus provide a distinctive vision to the current challenges in training and employment. Your experience and perspective will be essential to enrich conversations and foster local collaborations that drive development in the workplace.

In the implementation of this initiative, the 3 PFAES that the municipality currently hosts have played a fundamental role in the organization of the presentations and tables, as well as in the development of all the posters that the student-workers have made.

“The event is conceived and planned,” says the head of the Generic Area of ​​Employment, Sports and Health Promotion, Alberto Cabo, to be a day of “technical improvement and networking aimed specifically at professionals in the labor sector to continue promoting jobs.” of quality in the municipality.”

“This action joins others already carried out by the Area to continue weaving strategies that improve the employability of the citizens of the Port. From the Department we are trying to be the common thread that materializes the proposals of the different agents that make up our Employment Network and, with these acts, try to find the necessary synergies to reduce unemployment in our town,” Cabo concludes.
