The 2,776 tickets for the final of the adult murgas contest put on sale this Thursday by the Organization of Festivals and Recreational Activities (OAFAR) of the Santa Cruz de Tenerife City Council were sold out just two minutes after this service was activated, at 9:00 a.m.: 00 hours, across platforms ticketscarnivaltenerife.es. The City Council highlights that the purchase process was completed in less than half an hour, without any type of incident occurring.
Of all the tickets issued through the internet, 1,876 are exclusively for the final of the contest, while the remaining 900 correspond to the vouchers enabled for the three phases and the final of the contest, which were sold in their entirety two minutes after begin your telematic distribution.
The OAFAR will distribute the rest of the tickets among the murgas participating in the Carnival 2024 contest, while the seats that complete the capacity are distributed, upon payment of the amount, among the sponsoring and collaborating companies of the Carnival. All tickets that represent the total capacity of the murgas final are paid, therefore, without exception.
The final of this contest will take place on Friday, January 26, at 8:30 p.m., on the stage of the Santa Cruz de Tenerife Fairgrounds and will feature the interventions of the best-rated groups in the three previous phases.
The rest of the contests that make up the Carnival 2024 program have also had a good sales rate on their first day, remembering that the adult and children’s queens’ galas will go on sale starting tomorrow, Friday, January 12, at 9:00 a.m. online. Box office sale
The issuance of tickets at the Fairgrounds ticket offices will begin on Saturday, January 13, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
The ticket offices will remain open until February 7, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. On days when the competitions and galas take place, the opening hours will be maintained approximately until the end of the event.
In the case of the Seniors’ Gala, access will be with invitations, given its free nature, which will be distributed on its celebration date, Wednesday, January 31, in a space enabled and duly signposted outside the Fairgrounds. .
The rondallas competition, which will be held on Sunday, February 4 at the Auditorium, tickets can be purchased online and at the Fairgrounds ticket offices at the single price of 6 euros, in addition to the day of the competition when the ticket offices at the Audience.
