In his speech before the candidates, Bermúdez assured that “it is one of the most beautiful and significant events that are held annually in this Plenary Hall because it is the first time in which they appear before the media and the enthusiasm and desire is confirmed with the ones that each one of you does.”
In addition, the mayor valued the effort made by sponsors and designers, “whose enthusiasm and effort make it possible for each of the fantasies to become a success for our party.” After the greetings and the delivery of bouquets of flowers, the municipal representation and the aspiring queens posed for photographers.
