A motorcyclist is in critical condition after crashing the motorcycle he was riding into a car this Tuesday morning in the municipality of Los Silos, Tenerife, the Emergency and Security Coordinating Center (Cecoes) has reported.
The victim, a 42-year-old man, had suffered severe multiple injuries at the time of the initial treatment, for which he was transferred by medical helicopter to the Canary Islands University Hospital (HUC), Cecoes has detailed.
The alert call was received around 10:15 a.m., and it reported the crash of a motorcycle against a car on Los Barracones Street, in the municipality of Los Silos, so 112 activated the necessary resources to provide attention to a person.
The health personnel took the injured man to the local health center where, after being stabilized, he was taken to a helicopter that took him to the hospital in critical condition.
The Local Police set up a safe area for the SUC helicopter to land and take off, while the Civil Guard instructed the corresponding procedures.
