Garachico. Garachico will say goodbye to 2023 in style with the traditional New Year’s Eve party at the San Francisco roundabout. Since 2015, the Garachico City Council has promoted the celebration of the party that welcomes the new year, becoming a reference for this special night. The Corinto Band orchestra, Ni 1 pelo de fool, DJ Adam Lorr and DJ Chris Hernández will be in charge of entertaining the evening tomorrow, Sunday, starting at 11:00 p.m. Admission is completely free. The historical artistic complex of Garachico is a unique enclave in which to receive 2024 due to its heritage and emblematic value. Merengue and DJ orchestras take over the performances throughout the Island; Pepe Benavente will not be missing

Granadilla de Abona. The municipality of Granada is preparing to say goodbye to 2023 with a great New Year’s Eve dance tomorrow, Sunday, in the central square of El Médano. The musical performances, which will begin at 10:00 p.m. and conclude at approximately 6:00 a.m., will be performed by the group Una Hora Menos and the Atlantic orchestras of La Gomera, Malibú Band and Tropin. As for the special free bus service, the departure of the transport will be at 10:00 p.m. and at 1:15 a.m., and will conclude at 6:00 a.m., with two routes: one that will depart from Chimiche, passing through Los Blanquitos, El Desierto, Granadilla , El Salto and up to El Médano (Playa Chica), and another that will start in Charco del Pino and run through San Isidro, Atogo, Casablanca, Los Abrigos and El Médano.
