SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, December 29. (EUROPA PRESS) –
The 18,000 tickets put on sale for the welcome event for the Three Wise Men at the Heliodoro Rodríguez López stadium were sold out at 11:00 a.m. today, Friday, the first day of ticket issuance planned by the Autonomous Organization for Festivals and Recreational Activities ( OAFAR) of the Santa Cruz de Tenerife City Council.
Tickets, at a price of 2 euros, were sold at the offices of the five municipal districts and at the ticket offices of the Helidoro Rodríguez López stadium, where they were sold out in less than an hour.
The sale of these tickets is for charitable purposes, so the proceeds will be donated to ten non-profit organizations in the municipality linked to children. These are the entities: NGO Coats and Smiles, Aldis Association to prevent and heal childhood illnesses, NGO Assistance Association Smiles of the Southwest, Atlantic Social Intervention Association – AISA, Encuentro Youth Center, APANATE – Canarian Association of Autism Spectrum Disorder, New Future, Assistance Association – United for you, Federation of Associations of Deaf People of the Canary Islands (FASICAN), NGO Abora, AAVV Los Candiles, AHETE, JASLEM – Association for the Support of People with Down Syndrome, ANCHIETA reintegration of minors, FUNCASOR, Pequeno Valiente, Official College of Psychology of Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
The welcome event for the Three Wise Men will be held next Friday, January 5, it will begin at 5:00 p.m. and will be attended by nearly a thousand children. At its end, the traditional Parade will take place along its usual route through the streets of Santa Cruz, ending with the offering before the Nativity scene installed in the Plaza de la Candelaria.
The details of both events will be announced this coming Thursday, January 4, during an information event that will take place in the Valleseco coal warehouses.
