What will the weather be like this Wednesday in the Canary Islands?

Canary Islands expect this Wednesday predominance of clear skies as well as a slight rise in temperaturesmainly on the most prominent islands, although in Tenerife weak frosts could occur on the summits, according to the forecast of the State Meteorological Agency (Aemet).

At sea, winds from the east or northeast of force 3 to 5 are expected, rolling in some areas from dawn to east, as well as swells or swells in a good part of the archipelago and background winds from the northwest with waves of 1 to 2 meters.

By islands, the forecast for this Wednesday is as follows:

Predominance of clear skies in general with some morning interval of low clouds on the coasts. Temperatures without changes or slightly rising in interior areas. Light wind of variable direction, predominating the breeze regime on the coasts. During the central hours of the day, the eastern component will predominate with moderate intervals on the northern and southern slopes.

Moderate wind from the northeast that decreases to light and turns east from midday. In the last few hours it turns northeast again. A gust of greater intensity on the western slope during the central hours is not ruled out.

Predominance of clear skies in general. Temperatures with few changes, with some slight decrease in the minimum temperatures inside. Moderate wind from the northeast that decreases to light and turns east during the central hours.

Predominance of clear skies in general. Temperatures without changes or with a slight to moderate rise in interior areas, more pronounced on peaks. Weak frosts could still occur on central summits. Light wind of variable direction, with a predominance of the coastal breeze regime. During the central hours the eastern component will predominate, with moderate intervals on the north slope and northeast on the southeast slope.

Generally clear skies with some intervals of high cloudiness at the end of the day. Temperatures with few changes, with some slight rise. Light wind of variable direction, with a predominance of the coastal breeze regime. During the central hours the eastern component will predominate, with moderate intervals on the southern slope. On summits, moderate from the southeast from midday.
