This is what New Year’s Eve will be like for the little ones in Tenerife

The La Candelaria square will host this Sunday, December 31, the celebration of the great children’s party of End of the year organized by the Santa Cruz de Tenerife City Council. The appointment will begin at 11:00 a.m. and will extend until 2:30 p.m. so that the little ones in the house can welcome 2024.

The free family celebration is aimed at boys and girls between 3 and 12 years old, “a special way to bring forward the New Year’s bells with the little ones so that the whole family can celebrate the beginning of the year together with the boys and girls. new,” said the Fiestas councilor, Javier Caraballero.

There will be numerous activities, such as children’s workshops (crafts, face painting and interactive activities), bouncy castles, Zumba Kids, photocalls with children’s characters and musical performances on the stage located in the Plaza de La Candelaria.

At 12:00 noon there will be an early welcome for the New Year, where traditional “candy” grapes (without gluten or sugar) can be eaten and party favors will be distributed.

The special programming will end with a performance by Los Gabytos, starting at 1:00 p.m.

New Year’s Eve for adults

The capital’s City Council has organized a free and open show in La Candelaria Square for adults to welcome the New Year. After twelve bells, there will be a low acoustic impact pyrotechnic display.

At 11:30 p.m., the party will begin with a performance by Renzzo El Selector. The Maracaibo orchestra will entertain the square starting at 00:30; The KNarias will appear on stage at 2:45 a.m.; At 3:20 a.m. it will be the turn of the Revelación orchestra, and DJ Wes will be responsible for the last performance of the night starting at 5:35 a.m.
