In it Bitacora Hotel (Beach of The AmericasArona) have always been clear, and this year was no different, that Christmas is a time for rest, vacations, family and fun. What’s more, it had to be overcome. For the director, Nuria del Amo, and the head of customer experience, Yaiza González, these are hectic days of very high occupancy, which means having more than 800 guests at the same time, some days close to 200 of them children.
For all guests, a activity program that throughout the holidays will liven up the holidays. To do this, they will have sports activities that will include aquagym, water polo, ping pong, soccer, basketball, archery or petanque; live music, troupes and flamenco in different shows every day, which are complemented by a special gastronomic proposal with Christmas products.
For the little ones, a complete agenda that will keep them entertained from 10 in the morning with magic, crafts, sports and music, and which extends with a mini disco and playroom until 11 at night, allowing parents to spend time as a couple, either on the Up! rooftop, with access only for adults, swimming pool, gastronomy and cocktails throughout the day, or Good to rest in the rest of the hotel facilities.
And, of course, dinner special Christmas and New Year’s Eve gala, with a buffet of more than 100 dishes which are divided between soups, salads, cold starters, the seafood and smoked corner, the Iberian corner, the cannelloni corner, the corner for fish, meat, pasta, rice and pastries. In addition, it will have a huge cheese board, made up of 15 different references. Finally, the gala dinner will include nougat, peladillas and marzipan.
