Metrotenerife, the company that manages the Tenerife tram, has reported that the service this Sunday, Christmas Eve, will have a special schedule due to this celebration.
The announcement, through a statement, explains that the last trams will leave at 8:30 p.m. from each end of both lines, with the stops being out of service as the last ones pass by.
Therefore, it will remain operational until 8:30 p.m., a period in which a frequency of 12 minutes on Line 1 and 15 on Line 2 will be offered.
Also, after that time there will be no more trams until the next day, and on Monday, Christmas Day, the first tram will leave each end of each line at 8:00 in the morning.
From that time on, Metrotenerife states, the usual frequencies and schedules on holidays will be maintained, that is, 12, 15 and 20 minutes depending on the time slot.
