A four-year-old child is in serious condition after drowning this Sunday in the pool of a hotel in Adeje (Tenerife), according to the Emergency and Security Coordinating Center (Cecoes)112.
In this way, the hotel complex’s lifeguard began performing cardiopulmonary resuscitation maneuvers on the minor until the arrival of resources from the Canary Islands Emergency Service (SUC).
The health personnel continued to assist the child and, once stabilized, transferred him in a medicalized ambulance to the Ntra. Sra. de La Candelaria University Hospital.
