The Court of First Instance and Instruction number 2 of Icod de los Vinos, in the north of Tenerife, is investigating the commission of an alleged murder or homicide after the discovery last week of the body of a man in the municipality of Buenavista del Norte. The body corresponded to TAnausú Pérez, 35 years oldwho had been missing since December 1.
The body was found in an open field near the Buenavista cemetery.
The case is under summary secrecy but judicial sources have confirmed that the Civil Guard arrested two people and that both were brought to justice last Friday. One of them was provisionally released while the other is in provisional prison.
