A 35-year-old man has been injured moderately after suffering a fall while paragliding and hitting a wall in Adeje, on the island of Tenerife, as reported by the Emergency and Security Coordinating Center of 112 of the Canary Islands.
The events occurred on the way up to Taucho, in the municipality of Adeje, at 12:45 p.m., and Tenerife firefighters traveled to the area and immobilized the affected person and transported him on a stretcher to the place where he was located. the ambulance.
Subsequently, the staff of the Canary Islands Emergency Service (SUC) assisted the man who, at the initial moment of assistance, had moderate trauma to the lumbar area, for which he was transferred by ambulance to the Hospiten Sur University Hospital.
Local Police officers also appeared at the scene of the incident and collaborated with emergency services.
