The mayor of La Laguna, Luis Yeray Gutiérrez, inaugurated this Tuesday, December 5, the traditional Christmas nativity scene made by the Board of Brotherhoods and Brotherhoods (JHC) in the Casa de los Capitanes, where it will be open to the public until next January 5, in the run-up to Three Kings Night.

The first mayor thanked the dedication and effort that the members of the Board put into this recreation, which last year welcomed more than 50,000 people.
For his part, the president of the Board of Brotherhoods and Brotherhoods of La Laguna, Juan Antonio Pérez, explained that this year’s nativity will have more than 200 pieces, divided between historical figures and animals, all of them made by José Luis Mayo Lebrija , one of the most important nativity scene makers in Spain.
The opening hours to the public of this birth in the historic center of the city will be from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, and on Saturdays and Sundays, from 10 :00 to 2:00 p.m. Several school centers in the municipality will also carry out visits to this birth in the coming weeks.
