SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, Nov. 30 (EUROPA PRESS) –
The General Corps of the Canarian Police, dependent on the Ministry of Public Administrations, Justice and Security, has arrested a man for the alleged commission of a crime against sexual freedom to a minor under 16 years of age in the Ofra area, in Santa Cross of Tenerife.
The Minors Group, belonging to the Judicial Police Office of the Autonomous Police, and based in Tenerife, was in charge of this operation, which began once the young woman went to a nearby social care center seeking help.
The workers at the site gave notice for the police officers to appear, details the Canarian Police in a note.
After carrying out the relevant investigations and inquiries, the agents managed to identify the alleged perpetrator of the crime, who allegedly touched the minor in the middle of the street.
After the proceedings were presented in the Investigative Court of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, he was arrested and placed at the disposal of the National Police of La Laguna for custody.
