The most christmassy house from the Canary Islands, which has been adorning the family of Lorenzo Barrosoalready has an ignition date and new features for 2023. On this occasion, the ignition will be accompanied by a special event and will have a area dedicated to the little ones.
In nineteen ninety fivethis family began to decorate their house, located in Valle de Guerra, on the highway of The Boquerón, in a special way. “As the years went by, word began to spread until it became what it is today: a true Christmas tradition,” Lorenzo told NOTICE DIARY.
With the aim of maintaining the tradition that his father started, Lorenzo has obtained the support of the Festival area of the La Laguna City Council to carry out a parade that will animate the lighting with troupes and groups that will sing Christmas carols. The route will start in a small square located about 100 meters from the house and from there it will go to the place of lighting.
Although at first the possibility was considered that the traditional lighting would not take place, finally this Sunday, December 3at 7:00 p.m.the most Christmassy house in the Canary Islands will be lit again for all those Tenerife residents who want to visit it (admission is free).
Although Lorenzo did not want to reveal too many details, he did acknowledge that on this occasion more than 40,000 light bulbs will illuminate his home. “We are very happy,” he confessed excitedly.
