SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, Nov. 27 (EUROPA PRESS) –
The Tenerife Fire Prevention and Extinction and Rescue Consortium is part of the new board of directors of ConBé, the Association of Public Administrations that manage the provision of prevention, fire extinguishing and rescue services in the national territory.
The island director of Security and Emergencies and president of the Tenerife Firefighters Consortium, Iván Martín, recently attended the national assembly held in Malaga in which the new board of directors was established for the period 2023-2027 and in which he was elected as titular member.
Iván Martín points out in a note that ConBé brings together public entities that manage the provision of prevention, firefighting and rescue services, “and it is important that the Tenerife Firefighters Consortium has representation in the body where decisions are made.” .
During the meeting, issues such as the promotion of training, prevention, consultative assistance to members and representation were addressed.
Likewise, the new ConBe website and electronic consultation services that include training manuals, UNE standards and legislation were presented.
Conbé represents the public administrations that manage the provision of prevention, fire extinguishing and rescue services, serving as representative and interlocutor before the General Administration of the State, Autonomous Administrations, the Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Provinces and other public and private entities in matters related to the topics of interest of its members.
