The agents informed the 27-year-old driver that she was being investigated for an alleged crime against road safety for manifestly reckless driving. Likewise, four complaint bulletins were prepared for the commission of four administrative infractions of road safety regulations: for not using the seat belt by its three occupants, as well as for driving a vehicle without the rest of the occupants maintaining the proper position. , proposing for a total penalty of 880 euros.
