This Thursday, November 23the Christmas lighting extraordinary in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, which will begin an extensive program of activities for the Christmas and Epiphany holidays.
The city lights will turn on at 7:00 p.m.in an event that includes a musical show in the prince square which will feature performances by renowned artists from the Islands.
Jadel, Claritzel and Chago Melián are some of the singers who will join the event, along with the artist Tamara and Mario Falero, a participant in The voice Kids.
As a novelty, this year the Rambla will be illuminated for the first time from the municipal swimming pool to the Navy Command.
There will also be New Year’s Eve for the little ones
The capital City Council has organized a special program with more than 200 activities in the five districts on the occasion of the Christmas and Three Kings holidays.
This year’s program includes an important novelty for the little ones in the house: on December 31, the Children’s New Year’s Eve will be celebrated in Plaza de la Candelaria.
The Christmas offer in the capital will begin this Thursday with the lighting and will be followed by musical and sporting events, exhibitions and markets, until the expected arrival of the Kings at the Stadium and the subsequent Parade on January 5.
