Sumar, Junts, Bildu, ERC, PNV, BNG and CC, have joined the pact with 121 deputies in total, thus offering an absolute majority with 179 deputies of Congress, representing 51.14% of the Low camera.
After several days of concentrations throughout Spain, Santa Cruz is preparing for a possible wave of protests.
