SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, Nov. 13 (EUROPA PRESS) –

Drago Verdes Canarias, which has two councilors in the La Laguna City Council, stated this Monday that the foreseeable Government pact between PSOE and the Canary Coalition (CC) is “the chronicle of an announced deception.”

In a statement published on social networks, he points out that since 1983, two parties have governed the Canary Islands, PSOE and the Canary Coalition, which have had diverse support in different legislatures “but the strategic line has always been the same, with consequences that are obvious. view”.

Thus, he points out that “in elections, the PSOE advertises itself as a force for change, progressive, that is going to do things differently” but finally, “year after year, election after election”, the “deception” is consummated.

The formation led by Alberto Rodríguez points out that on 28M the socialists were the most voted force in La Laguna and the citizens “provided the possibility of a broad agreement” with Drago Verdes and Unidas se Podemos “that would allow us to face the serious problems of the municipality: housing , mobility, state of public services, poverty and exclusion”.

Along these lines, he indicates that “many well-intentioned people who voted for the PSOE on May 28 right now will not be at all happy with their pact with the Canary Coalition” because between regulating the price of rents or more of the same, they chose more of the same “.

Drago Verdes Canarias affirms that it will continue working so that “the real problems of tens of thousands of Canary Islanders are heard from the institutions.”

“That’s what Drago Verdes Canarias put on the table from minute one and we will continue doing that,” they say.
