Canarian Police agents identified this Friday a woman who was illegally working as a mountain guide, and who was taking a climbing course in the Río ravine, located in the municipality of Arico, in Tenerife.
As reported by the Ministry of Public Administrations, Justice and Security, this person was taking a climbing course in the area without meeting the legal requirements, since security agents confirmed that he lacked the necessary qualifications to carry out this activity.
In addition, it did not have accident or rescue insurance and operated under an unregistered association.
The Canarian Police warns the population of the dangers involved in hiring these services without verifying that the companies comply with all the necessary measures to carry out their activity.
