The people of Tenerife have ‘breathed fire’ this Tuesday on social networks. And it is that, in full Halloweenit is being almost impossible to circulate on the island’s roads. Since early in the morning there have been monumental traffic jams due to accidents or breakdowns on various roads, affecting traffic, especially on TF-1, TF-2 and TF-5, among others.
One of the routes most frequented by users is the one that connects the metropolitan area via the TF-5, where traffic jams have been a constant practically throughout the day, with queues that have even started at the capital’s swimming pools, in direction to Aguere. Likewise, the breakdown of a truck shortly before 5:30 p.m. has caused significant traffic jams near Los Rodeos.
Today from Arafo de Bajamar in 1 hour and a half (normally 45 minutes) and from Los Gigantes to Laguna 2 and a half hours.
About 300,000 more people live in Tenerife than 30 years ago and the mobile infrastructure remains practically the same.

Serious tweet: I’m fed up. But even the eggs. It is impossible to circulate on this fucking island. In the morning, at noon, in the afternoon, at night. Going north, going south, entering Santa Cruz, leaving SC. It adds mental load to your fucking day, boy. https://t.co/HMZe5NFToc

In addition, the highway connecting the north with the south (TF-2), the ring road (TF-13) and the Los Menceyes lagoon avenue have also experienced significant congestion, which has exasperated drivers. An identical situation has been experienced since the morning on the TF-235, as it passes through Guamasa.
Neither Halloween nor Finaos, Tails!!!

Try getting out of golf del sur to the TF1 through chafarias. The
Worst congestion I have ever witnessed. Whoever dreams up the one way system needs their head examined. Sometimes on the bus it has taken 45 minutes to get to the next village.
