The masseuse of a hotel in Tenerife is accused of sexual abuse of a client



The Prosecutor’s Office will request six years in prison for a masseuse from a hotel in Adeje, in the south of Tenerife, who will sit next week in the dock of the Provincial Court of Santa Cruz de Tenerife accused of sexually abusing a client.

According to the Public Ministry’s account, while the defendant was giving the alleged victim a massage “he would have taken advantage of the fact that the client was on her back and massaged her under her underwear.”

After expressing her discomfort, the masseuse told her to calm down “and didn’t let her look.”

Subsequently, as stated in the document, “he placed her on her back, massaged her entire body and touched her forcefully on her breasts and violated her with his fingers, all of this taking advantage of the situation of intimidation and surprise that the victim felt.” .

In case of conviction, the Prosecutor’s Office has requested, in addition to the six years in prison, another six years of supervised freedom and a 500-meter restraining order from the complainant.

He will also have to participate in social orientation courses and will be disqualified from carrying out work related to this alleged crime or with minors.
