The test was cancelled, according to the note of the Santa Cruz de Tenerife City Councilcorresponded to the practical part of the exercise for the provision of a civil servant position included in the public employment stabilization process, which generated a reserve list, and its reading took place on October 4.
The note indicates that once this situation was detected, the court at that very moment stopped the reading of the exercises of the rest of the candidates and then a review of those exercises was carried out, verifying that there had been a possible leak of the answers of the proof.
The note indicates that a review of the exercise that had already been held has been carried out and in that review, the same conclusion was reached regarding the fact of a possible leak, also in this test, of the answers.
According to the Santa Cruz de Tenerife City Council, for this reason and in order to ensure the principles of equality, merit and capacity in access to public service, the director advisor of the Urban Planning Management, Zaida Gonzálezhas proceeded to annul both tests, and return the procedure to the admitted and excluded phase.
Furthermore, the appointment of the qualifying tribunals for both tests is revoked, and a file of reserved information is opened to clarify the facts and deduce responsibility that is legally applicable in respect of the person or persons who may have incurred in the possible filtering of responses.
González points out that it is “very serious events, which can give rise to criminal consequences, and which we will take to the final consequences, being my responsibility as director advisor to ensure the principle of equality of all those who have taken the tests.”.
