The note indicates that once this situation was detected, the court at that very moment stopped the reading of the exercises of the rest of the candidates and then a review of those exercises was carried out, verifying that there had been a possible leak of the answers of the proof.

The City Council explains that they also proceeded to review the exercise that had already been held, and the same conclusion was reached regarding the fact of a possible leak of the answers also in this test.

According to the City Council of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, for this reason and “in the interest of ensuring the principles of equality, merit and capacity in access to public service, the director director of the Urban Planning Management, Zaida González, has proceeded to the annulment of both tests, and returning the procedure to the phase of admitted and excluded.”
