Aena has launched the expansion of the Tenerife North-Ciudad de La Laguna Airport with the tender for the Technical Assistance for Project Drafting (ATRP) for the adaptation of the terminal area, with an amount of 4.54 million euros and a term of 36 months.
It consists of the drafting of the construction project that will precisely define the actions to be carried out, according to the public management company.
The project will involve the expansion of the terminal building in both the east and west areas and actions will also be carried out in the parking lots and the urbanization, as well as in the necessary equipment and furniture.
This project and the others being developed on the island of Tenerife have been underway for months and will conclude within the period of validity of DORA II (2022-2026). The following actions corresponding to these already initiated initiatives are planned to be included in the DORA III proposal (2027-2031).
