Four road service workers were run over this Monday by a car on the highway in the north of Tenerife, and one of them suffered a serious injury due to a broken leg, while the other three had minor injuries.
The driver of the vehicle that left the road has suffered an anxiety crisis, and sources from the Emergency and Security Coordination Center 1-1-2 of the Government of the Canary Islands have reported that the accident occurred around 1:45 p.m.
The accident took place on the TF-5, at the La Orotava exit and in the direction of Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
