Two traffic accidents that occurred on the morning of this Wednesday, September 27, have collapsed the entrance to Santa Cruz de Tenerife on the southern highway, the TF-1.
As indicated by the Emergency and Security Coordinating Center of the Government of the Canary Islands (CECOES 1-1-2), one of them occurred near Añaza, and the other, near the entrance to the Costa Sur industrial estate. .
In the latter, the CECOES has detailed, five passenger cars and a van have been involved. The Canary Islands Emergency Service (SUC) treated two injured people with minor injuries.
As a result of both accidents, a large traffic jam formed at this access to the island’s capital.
In both, the presence of SUC personnel has been necessary. Agents from the Civil Guard and personnel from the Highway Service of the Island Council have also acted.
