Agents of the Nature Protection Service (Seprona) of the Civil Guard have intervened 80 kilos of sleeves that were at the illegal sale in a commercial establishment located in the municipality of Isora GuideThe armed institute reported this Monday.
The civil guards notified the owner of the commercial establishment of a report of violation of the law on agri-food quality, which in its articles 50 and 51 establishes as minor and serious violations that the fruit lacks the corresponding labeling, as well as the documentation that would guarantee the traceability of the product that is being marketed and that protects the health of consumers.
The intervention was carried out during a random inspection that Seprona agents carry out, and in this case the owner of the establishment lacked the corresponding documentation to prove the legal origin of the seized products.
