SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, 7 Sep. (EUROPA PRESS) –
The Cabildo de Tenerife will invest 80,000 euros in the reform and improvement of the TF-CoworkIN space located in the fishing dock of Santa Cruz de Tenerife to attract a greater number of companies and freelancers and hold larger capacity events.
The Minister of Innovation, Juan José Martínez, explains in a note that “the objective is to optimize the use and occupation of the space, adapting it to the needs and requirements of workers, companies and the Science and Technology Park of Tenerife itself”.
Martínez also explains that with this action it will be possible to have “greater flexibility and adaptability, maximize the use of space and promote networking and collaboration between TF-CoworkIN users”.
The works will consist of the disassembly of fixed panels and the supply and installation of a modular division system using glazed mobile cabins.
“This will allow greater privacy and concentration for the companies and users of the facility. The booths have a modern and attractive design that will improve the aesthetic appearance of the coworking space, which contributes to creating a pleasant and professional environment,” says the director of Innovation.
Thus, it indicates that by converting the space into a modular environment, the possibility of reconfiguration and adaptation is created according to the changing needs of the users and of the Tenerife Science and Technology Park itself.
“Individual modules or components can be easily modified and adjusted to adapt to the requirements of users and companies, whether for individual work areas, meeting rooms or collaborative spaces. In addition, as there are also open spaces and common areas, the professionals and companies can interact, exchange knowledge and establish strategic collaborations. This fosters synergy and joint growth”, he explains.
