Metrovacesa begins the marketing of its new Agama residential development in Tenerife, with 62 homes

SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, 7 Sep. (EUROPA PRESS) –

The real estate developer Metrovacesa has announced that it is beginning the marketing of its new Agama development, located in Santa Cruz de Tenerife and consisting of 62 homes as well as common areas.

The company has explained through a press release that the project foresees an investment of 17.1 million euros and that there will be apartments with 1 to 4 bedrooms, all of them with a garage, storage rooms and terraces.

Among the common areas of this project, developed together with the firm Makin, Molowny & Portela, Arquitectos, a rooftop pool for maximum solar utilization, gardens and a gym for residents stand out.

Metrovacesa has advanced that it will use “noble materials of the best qualities on the market”, noting that the future complex is located in “a privileged area of ​​Santa Cruz de Tenerife”, close to the César Manrique Maritime Park and the commercial area that surrounds it. It is an enclave with commercial, mobility and leisure possibilities.

In addition, the company has explained that, due to its “firm commitment to the environment”, Agama residential “will comply with the strictest sustainability standards” and has signed compliance with the highest rating in Energy Consumption and Emissions metrics. Carbon, with an AA rating.

It is also committed to the DOMUM seal, Metrovacesa’s sustainability indicator, and to the Green Seal Sustainable Building qualification.

They will also carry out acoustic and thermal insulation, photovoltaic panels for self-consumption and use of low-consumption lighting in common areas, among others.

Residencial Agama is the first project to be approved in the city of Santa Cruz de Tenerife for Metrovacesa and the seventh to be contemplated in the island territory.

“The island of Tenerife has an incredible natural and landscape heritage, as well as ample possibilities in the urban area. The climate and culture make Santa Cruz de Tenerife an optimal location for different profiles and lifestyles thanks to the versatility of the city ​​and its inhabitants,” the company says.

THREE PROMOTIONS IN MARKETING IN TENERIFE

With the beginning of the commercialization of Residencial Agama, Metrovacesa has one active promotion in the capital of Tenerife and three on the island.

Metrovacesa has the largest liquid land portfolio in the Spanish market, with a total buildable area of ​​4.9 million square meters, which will allow the development of more than 29,000 homes throughout the country.

The market value of its assets (GAV) reaches 2,516 million euros as of June 2023. It currently has about 150 projects underway in different parts of Spain, where it works with local partners to design its promotions in line with the needs of each of the markets.
