The Federation of Urban Areas of Tenerife, FAUCA, the Centro Zona Entrepreneurs Association and the Santa Cruz de Tenerife City Council, through the Centro Ifara district, have held a meeting to address different organizational aspects related to the calendar of festive events and the commercial campaigns of the last quarter of the year; as well as the citizen security parameters in the vicinity of the Central Zone.
For the councilor of the Centro-Ifara district, Purificación Dávila, “there is perfect harmony between the municipal corporation and business representatives”; and she highlights “the valuable joint work that is done”; something that, according to the mayor, “has a positive impact, not only on the commercial and hospitality sector, but on the general dynamism of the district through the generation of permanent economic activity.”
Dávila also pointed out “the importance of dealing with different municipal areas, the aspects related to citizen security in different streets of the Central Zone”; The municipal official confirms “the holding of an upcoming meeting with the Social Care and Local Police areas in order to coordinate the different measures taken in this regard in the last quarter of the year.”
For their part, both the president of Fauca, Abbas Moujir, and Bernard Lonis, president of the central zone, convey some points of important relevance for the city such as parking, security, commercial revitalization campaigns, as well as the celebration, in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, next October of the International Congress of Historic Centers of Spain.
The meeting, held in the Centro Ifara district, was attended by Abbas Moujir, President of Fauca, Bernard Lonis, president of the Central Zone, Ruth Dorta, manager of the Central Zone, Carlos Sabina, advisor of the Central Zone; in addition to the district councilor Purificación Dávila and the coordinator of the same Sergio de Armas.
