The Icod de Los Vinos City Council has transferred to the competent authorities a video that circulates on social networks “supposedly located” in this municipality in the north of Tenerife in which a person is seen mistreating a horse.
The Leales.org association has echoed this complaint in a statement detailing that the animal fell into an area of brambles frightened by a garbage truck and a car horn, and how a person hit it hard with a crop to get into a trailer.
In addition, it indicates that this episode “has nothing to do with the fire.”
The Icod City Council emphasizes that “it will always react by strongly condemning any action that endangers the life of any animal, threatens its physical integrity or its quality of life.”
For this reason, it abounds, it has transferred the facts to the bodies and security forces of the State.
