The telephone lines, explains Zurich Seguros in a press release, are managed by a specialized team that will offer an “immediate” response at any time of the day: 900 104 936.
The insurer has also strengthened the expert network, as well as video expert resources to offer greater support to those affected.
Likewise, the teams of the Zurich distribution channels are maintaining “permanent contact” with their mediation network in the affected areas, thus ensuring the communication channels of the clients with the company, together with the aforementioned telephone line.
This emergency plan is promoted by the “agile and efficient” commitment of the company’s teams to attend and provide customer service, as well as to be at their disposal when they need it or have questions about how to act.
