National Police investigators attempt to determine the circumstances in which A man died during the early hours of this Sunday, August 13, in the south of Tenerife.
The events allegedly occurred at the moment when some tourists entered his apartment in Costa Adeje and verified that there was a man inside. According to the testimony offered by the aforementioned witnesses to the agents, Said individual was trying to rob the accommodation unit and, upon seeing them, jumped out of a window.
One of the hypotheses considered by the officials of the security body is that the victim was able to fall from several meters high and suffer a bad blow when reaching the ground.
However, the actual circumstances of death will be known after the autopsy at the Institute of Legal Medicine of Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
He event took place in un residential complex located in the area of Torviscas Alto, specifically in Madrid street. At approximately 3:00 a.m., three tourists arrived at his apartment and observed that there was a man inside, supposedly of North African origin, who tried to appropriate valuables.
Given this circumstance, according to the witnesses, the individual jumped out of a window from several meters high. The lifeless body of the aforementioned man was found by a neighbor at 8:00 a.m. Said person was undocumented.
From that moment, the investigation of the event was assumed by the Group of Persons of the Judicial Police Brigade of the National Police of the South Tenerife Police Station.
