Investigated a man in Tenerife for taking the exam to recover the points of the license driving his own car



Agents of the Civil Guard have instructed proceedings in which they investigate a 60-year-old man as the alleged perpetrator of a crime against road safety after taking the exam, at the Provincial Traffic Headquarters in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, to recover the driver’s license points driving your own vehicle.

The events occurred on July 28 when the agents belonging to the Canary Islands Traffic Sector Investigation and Analysis Group (GIAT) observed that one of the people designated to carry out said tests had gone to the facilities where the examination was carried out. in your vehicle

Once the driver was identified and verified that he did not have a driving license, he was investigated as the alleged perpetrator of a crime against road safety, for driving a motor vehicle with the loss of all the points legally assigned to his driving license.

Based on the facts investigated, the corresponding proceedings were filed and delivered to the Investigating Court on Duty of the Judicial District of Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
