SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, Aug. 5 (EUROPA PRESS) –
A 45-year-old man and a child under 10 years of age have been injured in a traffic accident that occurred today Saturday on the General Highway of Puerto de la Cruz, in Tenerife, as reported by the Emergency and Security Coordination Center (Cecoes) 1- 1-2.
The event occurred after 12:00 noon, when the 1-1-2 operating room received an alert informing that there had been a collision between a car and a motorcycle, resulting in injuries to the two occupants of the latter, due to what Cecoes immediately activated the necessary emergency resources.
Once there, the SUC personnel provided medical assistance to both injured and transferred them to the Hospiten Bellevue University Hospital. The man had various moderate injuries and the minor suffered various mild injuries.
The Civil Guard regulated traffic in the area and instructed the corresponding proceedings.
