SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, Aug. 2 (EUROPA PRESS) –
A 5-year-old boy has been hospitalized after suffering an incomplete drowning in a hotel pool located on Meandro street, in the municipality of Arona, in Tenerife, as reported by the Emergency and Security Coordination Center (Cecoes) 1-1 -2.
The event occurred around 11:45 a.m., when the 1-1-2 operating room received an alert informing that the lifeguards had rescued a minor who had suffered incomplete drowning from the pool of a hotel center and that they were presenting him with first aid.
Once at the scene, SUC personnel provided health care to the minor and transferred him in a medicalized ambulance to the Hospital Ntra. Sra. de Candelaria with a moderate prognosis. The National Police instructed the corresponding proceedings.
