Maximum temperatures of 36 degrees in Gran Canaria and 34 in Tenerife and Fuerteventura

Temperatures will experience maximums that may exceed 36 degrees on the southern slopes of Gran Canaria and 34 degrees on the southern slopes of Tenerife and Fuerteventuraaccording to the forecast of the State Meteorological Agency.

Probable very strong gusts on the southeast and northwest slopes of the mountainous islands and in the interior of Lanzarote and Fuerteventura.

Slightly cloudy or clear, except for some intervals of medium and high clouds in the western islands during the first half of the day. Starting in the morning, it will tend to cloudy intervals in low-lying areas in the north of the higher-relief islands. Presence of calima in height.

Minimum temperatures without changes or in slight ascent; maximums without changes or in slight decrease, more pronounced in high areas of the mountainous islands. The maximum temperatures may exceed 30 ºC in large inland areas, 34 ºC on the southern slopes of Tenerife and Fuerteventura, and 36 ºC on the southern slopes of Gran Canaria.

Northeast wind with strong intervals, which will generally be strong on the northwest and southeast slopes of the higher relief islands, where there may be very strong gusts, as well as in the interior of Lanzarote and Fuerteventura, especially during the first half of the day

In the sea there will be a north or northeast component, force 6 or 7 in the southeast and offshore in the west. Strong swell, areas of rough sea. In the rest, north or northeast forces 5 or 6 except 3 or 4 near the coast in the north and storm surge or strong storm surge. Swell from the north of 1 to 2 meters. On south and southwest coasts, variable 2 or 4 with breezes and swell.

Little cloudy or clear in general, tending from tomorrow to cloudy intervals in low areas of the north. Presence of calima in height. Minimum temperatures without changes or in slight increase, and maximum temperatures without changes or in slight decrease, more pronounced in high areas. The maximums may exceed 34 to 36 ºC on the southern slopes and, on time, it is not ruled out that they can reach or exceed 37 ºC. Significantly high minimums in areas of the southern interior. Northeast wind with strong intervals in low areas, being generally strong on northwest and southeast slopes, where there will be very strong gusts. In summits, moderate northeast wind.

LANZAROTE

Slightly cloudy or clear, with the presence of haze in height, with some cloudy intervals in the north and west at the end of the day. Little changed temperatures. It may exceed 30 to 32 ºC especially on the southern slope. Moderate to strong northeasterly wind, with some occasionally very strong gusts, especially in inland areas and during the first half of the day.

The maximums may exceed 30 to 32 ºC in large areas of the island and 34 ºC on the southeastern slope. Moderate northeast wind with strong intervals, with some occasionally very strong gusts, especially in inland areas of the southern half and on the peninsula of jandiaand during the first half of the day.

Little cloudy in general, with some interval of medium and high clouds during the first half of the day. During the morning it will tend to cloudy intervals in low areas of the north. Presence of calima in height. Minimum temperatures without changes or in slight increase, and maximum temperatures without changes or in slight decrease, more pronounced in high areas. The maximums may exceed 34 ºC on the southern slope, and 30 ºC in large interior areas, with minimums that may be significantly high in the southern interior. Northeast wind with strong intervals in low areas, being generally strong on the southeast and extreme northwest slopes, where there will be likely very strong gusts, without ruling them out on the southern slope of the metropolitan area in the last hours. In summits, moderate northeast wind, except in high peaks where the wind will be variable light.

Santa Cruz de Tenerife 24 30

Little cloudy in general, with some interval of medium and high clouds during the first half of the day. During the morning it will tend to cloudy intervals in low areas of the north. Presence of calima in height. Minimum temperatures without changes or in slight increase, and maximum temperatures without changes or in slight decrease, more pronounced in high areas. The maximums may reach 30 to 32 ºC in inland areas, with minimums that may be significantly high in the southern interior. Northeast wind with strong intervals in low areas, which will generally be strong on east and west slopes, where there will likely be very strong gusts that could reach 80 km/h in the last few hours. In summits, light to moderate northeast wind.

FORECAST MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM TEMPERATURES (°C):

San Sebastian de la Gomera 24 28

Little cloudy in general, with some interval of medium and high clouds during the first half of the day. During the morning it will tend to cloudy intervals in low areas of the north and east. Presence of light haze in height. Minimum temperatures without changes or on a slight rise, more pronounced in high areas; maximum without changes or in slight decrease, more pronounced in high areas. The maximums may exceed 30 to 32 ºC, mainly on the western and southern slopes. Significantly high minimums in areas of the southern interior. Northeast wind with strong intervals in low areas, which will generally be strong on the northwest and southeast slopes, where there will likely be very strong gusts, especially during the early morning and late hours, without ruling them out on time in the El Paso area. In summits, light to moderate northeast wind.
