Regarding the participation by islands, 5 samples and 2 cheese factories from El Hierro were registered; 28 and 9 of Fuerteventura; 31 and 14 of Gran Canaria; 9 and 4 of La Gomera; 17 and 4 from Lanzarote; 36 and 12 of Tenerife; and 39 of 11 from La Palma.
