He Council of Tenerife reported this Tuesday that the improvements in the TF-4 highwayone of the entrances to Santa Cruz of Tenerifewill begin on Friday, July 28.

The jobs They will start at 11:30 p.m. and will last for approximately two weeks, and, in a statement, the island corporation indicates that the viaduct joints will be replaced, which implies traffic diversions on the entry and exit road to Santa Cruz de Tenerife.

Thus, in the Santa Cruz direction, the left lane will be cut from kilometer point 2,200 to 1,700, which becomes a reversible lane where southbound traffic will circulate. Vehicles will circulate only in the right lane.

In the south direction, the two traffic lanes will be completely closed, from Avenida de la Constitución (kilometer point 1,500 of the TF-4), diverting traffic through the roundabout of the fairgrounds and through the left lane of the road in the direction of Santa Cruz, which is enabled to allow circulation in the opposite direction than usual.

From the 2,400 kilometer point, the vehicles will return to their road, ending the detour and driving normally.
