Dolores Corujo (PSOE): “The Canary Islands have never been as protected as with the PSOE”
The candidate of the Socialist Party to the Congress of Deputies for Las Palmas recalls the measures promoted by her formation during the last four years, such as the increase in the minimum interprofessional wage or the revaluation of pensions. She warns that a right-wing government would jeopardize the country’s social advances
What is the stake of citizenship at the polls on 23J?
We are at stake if Spain advances or falls back. We are risking the Spain of freedom, democracy, coexistence and rights. The Spain that respects the autonomous communities and co-governance. The Spain of the labor reform and the increase in the interprofessional minimum wage. We are risking the Spain that legislated in favor of euthanasia, so that citizens have the right to decide to die with dignity, and the one that defends the protection of women victims of sexist violence. We defend a country that is committed to public education, that fights against job insecurity and fights for equality and the redistribution of wealth. We are risking the Spain of critical thinking, culture and inclusion.
