Three helicopters, two from the Cabildo de Tenerife and one from the Government of the Canary Islands, in addition to ground means, have managed to stabilize the declared attempt in the municipality of Los Realejos, where work continues to control it, according to the Tenerife corporation.
The fire has started in Icod el Alto, specifically in the Los Dornajos ravine, as specified by the Tenerife Council on its Twitter account.
The means of the Fire Prevention and Extinction Operation of the Cabildo de Tenerife have traveled to the area, where there are abandoned agricultural farms, to act.

Five Brivan units have already been deployed at the site, one Vamtac, four Cabildo fire trucks, two environmental agents, an extinction director, two fire departments from La Orotava, a crew of volunteers and a supply truck.
The island authorities urge the population to exercise extreme precautions, while the mayor of the town in the north of Tenerife affected by this attempt, Adolfo González, has recalled on Canarian Television that the recommendation for these hot days continues to be not to travel through forest tracks
