The Council of Tenerife will allocate 5.7 million euros to scholarships for university studies, special needs, vocational training and artistic studies. Those interested can submit the corresponding application, through the electronic office https://sede.tenerife.es/until October 31, except for special needs scholarships, whose term will end on November 30.

university studies
Scholarships for university studies represent a investment of four million euros, which could be extended to eight million euros, and three modalities are established. The first corresponds to the face-to-face completion of official undergraduate studies outside Tenerife, or master’s or doctoral degrees, including the Universities located on the Island. The second modality is aimed at students enrolled in Spanish universities, including those located in Tenerife, who are studying official degree studies and have been selected as participants in the Erasmus program for the academic year to which the call refers. Finally, the third modality is that of transport aid and is aimed at students who carry out official undergraduate, master’s or doctoral studies in person and outside the island of Tenerife. This modality will be granted ex officio to those who are denied the General University Studies modality, “provided they meet the requirements for the granting of the Transport Aid modality, or, if it had been granted, they renounce the first modality.
Special needs
The scholarships for students with special educational needs They are intended for those people enrolled in specific centers, in special education units of ordinary centers, “entirely supported with public funds”, or other ordinary or specific centers that enroll students who present special educational needs derived from disability at the time of the call . The Cabildo allocates 1,250,000 euros to these scholarships, being expandable up to 2,500,000 euros.
artistic teachings
Artistic teaching scholarships have an amount of 250,000 euros, expandable up to 500,000 euros. They are intended to take face-to-face artistic education, preparatory courses for access, specific training, specialization and/or master’s degrees, in public or private centers during the 2023/2024 academic year.
Vocational training
The insular Corporation scholarships for Vocational Training (FP) studies represent a total amount of 250,000 euros, a budget that can be extended to 500,000 euros. They are aimed at paying for general vocational training studies, for the completion of Intermediate (GFGM) or Higher Education (CFGS) studies outside the island of Tenerife, or specialization in said studies carried out in professional training centers or equivalent. In the same way, informs the Cabildo de Tenerife, these scholarships may be requested to carry out training practices in work centers outside the island of Tenerife and to complement the aid received for the participation of the Erasmus+ mobility program.
